The past few weeks have been a blur. From the JET program rejecting me, to getting offered a great job, I’ve had to reevaluate my plans. I don’t know what my next move will be, but what I’ve come to value most at this critical point in my life is the perspective of others.
I’m thankful for the people who have given me their two cents, because now I have about ten cents. Listening to outside input made me aware of paths I hadn’t previously considered. People are cool. I like people.
